1. Scope of Services

Sir Teddy Productions (the "Agency") provides bespoke, AI-generated video content ("Final Product") based on Source Materials provided by the Client. These services are artistic representations and are not guaranteed to be photorealistic documentation.

 

2. Nature of AI Generation

Clients acknowledge that AI technology is experimental. The Final Product may contain:•Interpretations: Unpredictable AI renderings of source images.•Artifacts: Visual "hallucinations," glitches, or anatomical inconsistencies (e.g., fur or eye movement).•No Perfection Guarantee: Specific movements or expressions cannot be guaranteed with 100% accuracy.

 

3. Client Input Warranty & Indemnification

•Ownership: The Client warrants they are the sole copyright owner or have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions for all photos, videos, and audio provided to the Agency.

•Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of materials provided by the Client. This protects the Agency from "Secondary Infringement".

 

4. Fees, Revisions, and Acceptance

•Payment: A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon draft approval.

•Revisions: The total fee includes one round of minor edits (e.g., colour correction, music changes). Total fee includes 1 revision for ‘The Moment’ and 2 revisions for ‘The Heartbeat’ and ‘The Memory’, after consultation.

•Acceptance: If no feedback is provided within 3 days of draft delivery, the product is deemed accepted.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

•Authorship: Per UK Law (CDPA 1988, Section 9(3)), the Agency is the initial author of the computer-generated work.

•Transfer: Upon receipt of full payment, the Agency explicitly transfers all worldwide copyright of the Final Product to the Client.

•Agency Rights: The Agency retains the right to use Final Products for portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to the Client's selection in the Pet Property Release Form.

 

6. Pet Property Release

Pets are legally classified as "personal property" in the UK. Use of a pet's likeness for marketing requires a signed Property Release Form granting the Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for promotional use.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

The Agency's liability for any claim is limited to the Total Fee paid by the Client. The Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or the loss of Source Materials.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
