It's a great idea! It makes total sense that you’d want a specific piece of music for your story. Music carries so much emotion, and it often feels deeply personal. Unfortunately because of copyright laws, we’re not able to use commercially released songs (like chart music or well-known tracks) in your video creations. But please don’t worry! I understand how music is important ! We work with a carefully curated library of licensed, high-quality music that has been chosen specifically for emotional storytelling. This means we can still match the feeling of your story, whether that’s joyful, gentle, nostalgic, or deeply heartfelt. We’ll always select music that honours the tone of your furry friends and your moments, so the emotion still comes through beautifully and authentically. And if you’re unsure, we’re here to help guide you toward something that feels just right for your story.

Yes - is the short answer. This is where the magic really begins! You can absolutely include more than one pet in your story ; your current companions, beloved friends who live in memory, or even little pals from far away (just like in The Winter Whirl ). We love creating warm, magical, connected moments that celebrate every relationship in a way that feels full of heart and meaning. To keep every scene looking its very best, we include a maximum of 3 animals on screen at any one time. This simply helps each furry friend have their moment to shine, so they can be clearly seen, felt, and celebrated and honoured. So, if you were including 5 animals, we might show 3 in one scene and 2 in another. We can also mix and match these across the story, so everyone gets beautifully included in different moments. A little note from Sir Teddy… "the more animals you include, the longer the video will naturally become. This just gives us the time and space to lovingly tell each story properly, with care and attention for every single friend"

That means no two videos are ever the same, because no two stories are ever the same. We also build with integrity and intention, focusing on emotional clarity and real connection. Every scene is carefully and lovingly crafted so your furry friends feel present, recognisable, and genuinely honoured, not just placed into a pre-set template. And perhaps most importantly, we hold space for what you are actually creating… whether that’s a celebration, a gotcha day, remembrance, connection across distance, or simple everyday joy. Sir Teddy Creations isn’t about more features. It’s about more feeling… and connection.

Using narration can bring your pets beautifully to life! You probably have a voice or style in mind, and we’d love to collaborate with you to make that feel just right, whether you imagine them as cheeky, young, wise, playful, or full of character! Equally, some videos capture real heart and meaning without any narration at all for example, simple message-style pieces like “Happy Easter” or visual storytelling moments where the emotion speaks for itself. Every story is different, and we shape the approach around what feels most authentic to your pets and your message. We will always work with you to ensure we find your furry friends perfect voice!

I bet that’s a very special picture But I have to keep the spotlight on us furry friends (as it should be). Humans can be there in sneaky ways—like hands or clothes—but no full human cameos. Mum says it’s for privacy… I says it’s because we are the stars.

We keep all our videos grounded in your pets natural world and behaviour. While we add a touch of magic and storytelling, we don’t create scenes where dogs take on human roles, this helps keep each story authentic, meaningful, and true to your pet
